Welcome gamers to the Oasis gaming website. Oasis gaming is an online store that sells consoles, games, accessories, and other related products. This is a site where gamers and soon to be gamers are welcomed into the world of gaming.
Oasis gaming website are subject to the terms and conditions of use. Terms and conditions must be accepted to use the website, no modifications will be allowed by the client of the Oasis gaming website. If one does not accept these terms and conditions, kindly do not use the website.

Terms and conditions:
Standard terms and conditions of Oasis gaming and suppliers of products advertised apply. Offers are valid for specific dates unless otherwise notified or stipulated and will only be valid while stocks last. Any pre-order requires full payment, and this pre-order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded since it requires special ordering. When collecting your pre-order at the Oasis gaming collection point you are required to present your ID and proof of payment. Auto-upgrades and DLC’S are given on a first-paid-first received basis. All pre-orders must be collected within 7 working days from release date, after the 7th day the item will not be reserved, and Oasis gaming will not be liable for the item no longer being available to you and the company will have the right not to refund you the monies paid. This refers to the collection point method. Pre-orders for delivery will be couriered and you will receive it either on the day of release or just after as games that are pre-ordered cannot be couriered before the release date due to embargo. To get auto-upgrades and DLC’S when purchasing pre-orders for delivery it will also be on a first-paid basis. Oasis gaming will not be liable if you did not make the purchase in time to be eligible to receive an auto-upgrade or DLC’S. Release dates will be provided, however the dates can be changed without notification as these circumstances are beyond our control. If Oasis gaming gets notification of any changes, you will be notified via SMS or email.
Any logos and trademarks used are property of their owners. Website pricing and collection point pricing may differ. If there are promotional incentives, it will be rightly reserved per customer as there is limited quantity and it works on a first-paid-first received basis. We have the right to refuse sales to any dealer or reseller. Prices shown on the website are for individual items, unless stated otherwise.
Any incentives given with a pre-order are determined by the publisher and are limited in quantity. These incentives can be changed at any given time and Oasis gaming is not liable for the unforeseeable change. Any item on the website requires immediate payment to secure before the item can be sent for delivery. Any pre-order whether game, console, merchandise etc, once paid for cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled as these are special orders. Research should be done before you confirm the pre-order. Should you require assistance, contact Oasis Gaming prior to placing your pre-order or order. If a product is not in stock, we will try to source it for you, however the product must be paid for in advance as it is a special order, if we cannot for some reason get your product, we will notify you and refund your monies. If you choose to cancel your order and the item is already sourced and purchased, Oasis gaming will not refund your monies or exchange your item as it is a special order.
Oasis gaming is not liable for any internet downloads or updates on games, consoles, or any other product you purchase. For an order to be valid the orders must be paid for in full, Oasis gaming is not liable if you did not pay for the product. Delivery will be made once payment is received. Oasis gaming is not liable for your products not being insured by you during delivery and have the right not to give you a refund or exchange if you have not insured your product and something unforeseeable occurs during delivery. Due to COVID rules are stricter for safety measures. Please do make sure when coming to the collection point or accepting the package from the delivery guy that your mask is worn, and you have sanitiser as it is for the safety of not only them but yourself.
Oasis gaming will do its best to ensure the advertising is correct, however if
there are errors or incomplete information advertised, Oasis gaming will inform you thereof.
Defective products:
If the product sent to you is not what you ordered, then Oasis gaming will gladly accept the item back and send you the correct item at our delivery expense, if we do not have the product to exchange then we will refund or credit your account for the price of the item AFTER EXAMINATION BY OASIS GAMING. The product being sent to Oasis Gaming by you(customer) must be packaged along with the proof of purchase so that it does not get damaged in transit and there must be no part of the product missing or opened if you have failed to comply, this will result in Oasis Gaming not being liable for any exchange or refund and the customer being liable for any delivery costs. The product will only be exchanged or refunded when Oasis Gaming is in possession of the product you have sent back as the item has to be inspected first. Upon examination resulting in the incorrect item being returned, this item will become the property of Oasis Gaming until resolved between parties involved.
Collection from Oasis gaming collection point:
Any order placed for pickup, a notification will be sent from Oasis gaming via a phone call, SMS, or email to state that your product is available for pickup. Receipt of payment when order is placed, stock availability and collection date must be confirmed prior to collecting. Any order paid for must be picked up within 48hrs. As products can only be returned within 7 days from the date of collection and claimed faulty from 48 hours of pick up, if not picked up within time stipulated, Oasis gaming will not be liable for your product or to refund your monies or make an exchange.
Downloads, updates, or any form of internet service:
Please note certain products require updates to be downloaded or may have DLC’S that require downloading or to play, these expenses are your own and Oasis gaming is not liable for any expenses on your account for these products. You should also know your PC specs when buying PC games as Oasis Gaming is not liable to do a refund or exchange your product if the necessary research wasn’t done by you.
Pre orders:
Deliveries of pre-ordered products will be couriered after the release date however there sometimes can be unexpected delays or circumstances resulting in your product being delivered after the release date. You will be notified if this occurs. Publishers of products may change the release dates of products or there may be delays due to shipping, Oasis gaming will not be liable for any of these unforeseen occurrences. Special editions of products such as Steelcase’s, collectors’ editions etc, are limited in quantity and sold at a first paid basis. Pre orders must be paid in full and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, please do your research before pre ordering a product. Incentives are limited to pre orders and are limited to a first-paid-first-collected basis, e.g., if there are 10 incentives available the first 10 customers to pre order and pay will receive the incentives. If we are given Incentives for customers, Oasis gaming has the right to award one per customer. These incentives are given by publishers and may be changed at any given time. If you do not collect your pre order you are not entitled to the pre order incentive.
You have 7 working days to pick up your pre order from the Oasis gaming collection point from date of release for customers choosing this option, if you do not pick up your pre order then Oasis gaming has the right not to refund or exchange your item as you did not follow the terms and conditions. Customers choosing the delivery method for a pre order, if you are entitled to an incentive, both items will be delivered to you.
Prices of pre orders are subject to change, if the prices increase you will be notified. If the price is increased you will still get your pre ordered item at the initial purchase price and if the price has decreased you will be notified and refunded the difference, however you cannot cancel your order and be refunded. If an item you have pre ordered is cancelled by the publisher for any given reason, you will be notified, and Oasis gaming will refund the monies paid back to you. These refund procedures for pre orders apply only when these unforeseeable issues occur. We advise that all our customers use the direct bank payment method for all items purchased alternatively a payment gateway is available for any card transactions.
Prices of our physical products are related to other South African retailers and not to stores out of South Africa or the online stores such as the XBOX live or PlayStation store.
Returns and exchange policy:
You are entitled to a refund or exchange on an item as long as it is within 7 days of purchase provided that the item is still sealed and unused, however you will be charged a handling fee and delivery costs. Any product you buy has age restrictions and are specific to a certain platform, please make sure you meet these requirements before purchasing the products as Oasis gaming will not refund or exchange the item once opened or if you have not followed the age restriction policy.
There is no refunds or exchanges on any digital products. Please refer to our returns and exchange policy for more details.
Sourcing:
We can try to source products at your request however you will have to pay in advance for the product as this is a special order. Any additional costs will have to be paid by you e.g., additional delivery costs etc. If for some reason the order is cancelled or Oasis Gaming is no longer able to source the product then we will refund you your monies paid. Since this is a special order, you cannot cancel this order once it has been processed, if you choose to cancel your order after it has been processed then Oasis Gaming is not liable to refund you your monies paid. Please note when sourcing products, we cannot give you a confirmed date as to when it will be available, however we will contact you when the product has been received.
Cancellation terms and conditions:
You may cancel your order before delivery is actioned, however you will be charged a handling fee. You will be refunded according to payment method used. You may not cancel your order after the item has been shipped.
On any returns Oasis gaming has the right to charge delivery fees, handling fees and restocking fees. If Oasis gaming delivers a defective product and the product is found to be defective after inspection, we will pick up the product and deliver and refund you the delivery costs paid. If the product is not defective or damaged you will be charged the delivery fees and handling fees, Oasis gaming will not be liable for this. Please note before an item is sent back to us whether faulty, for a refund or exchange you will pay the delivery fees in advance. The defected product must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date received, if you do not report it within that time frame Oasis gaming has the right not to refund or exchange your product.
Customer privacy policy:
Oasis gaming will not share any information of users with anyone, besides the law if need be. All personal information of users is for purchasing or for competitions.
Responsibility:
Oasis gaming is responsible for the sale of goods and services on the website, customer service, after sales service and delivery of goods.
Disclaimer:
All promotions, bundles, offers and coupons are for use only on our website and may pertain to either the physical or download product only. Oasis gaming reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order and limit or prohibit sales to dealers or distributors as the case may be. Oasis gaming is not responsible for typographical errors, price variances, or manufacturer omissions or delays. This entire site is created and managed from South Africa and thus is governed by the laws of South Africa. In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provisions will be severed and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Oasis gaming to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms & Conditions.

Pricing:
Any sale that is over R499, will result in payment being made via eft to the Oasis Gaming account and once monies are received then the product/products will be shipped to you. Oasis gaming products pricing are on the website, VAT is included in the pricing however delivery charges are not. Delivery charges will be set out at time of checkout and are only valid for deliveries in south Africa. Your order can be rejected or cancelled if you have provided us with the wrong information such as an area code or address as delivery prices vary according to place. Should this be the case, a further delivery charge will be levied onto you prior to the delivery being dispatched again. Digital products prices may be different from physical copies that we sell, physical copy prices cannot be lowered to meet the price of a digital copy. Oasis Gaming website pricing and collection point pricing may be different.
Pricing on products is subject to change. If there is an incorrect pricing on our website, Oasis gaming has the right to cancel your order and refund you any monies paid. Oasis gaming will contact you to inform you of this incorrect pricing and you will be asked if you want to continue with the purchase, if we are unable to contact you, we will refund your monies. Oasis gaming will not be obligated to sell the product at the incorrect price based on any errors. Any offers on our website are valid while stocks last according to the specified dates.
