Competition Terms

By entering Oasis Gaming competitions, gamers have read and understood the below terms and conditions and have agreed to them:

1. Any person over 18 years of age can enter the competitions, if a minor wants to enter the competition then a legal guardian or parent must give consent.
   
   
2. No third party or agents allowed to enter.
   
   
3. All competitions will run from the dates specified, any entry sent after the specified time will not be allowed.
   
   
4. There will be a prize advertised that can be won, unless otherwise informed.
   
   
5. Competition entry is free unless otherwise stipulated.
   
   
6. Customers who enter the competition permits Oasis Gaming accessing their personal information such as name, surname, address etc, picture, social media platforms if needed, avatar and for promotional purposes which will not be paid.
   
   
7. Winners will be selected at random and are finalised, only one entry per a person, if there are multiple entries by a person only one entry will be used.
   
   
8. Winners will be notified and will have 2 days in which to respond providing us with either their address for delivery or whether they will pick up the prize from our collection point. However, if you choose to get the prize shipped to you then you will have to pay only the delivery charges, if delivery charges are not paid for within 48 hours then the prize will go to the runner up. If you collect the prize you have won your ID and proof of entry must be presented.
   
   
9. Oasis Gaming is not held responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, or falsified and if incorrect information is given.
   
   
10. No prize can be exchanged for cash or another product, what prize is given is what you will receive. If for some unforeseeable reason the prize becomes unavailable, then we will give a prize which is of the same value in exchange or Oasis Gaming has the right to cancel the competition.
    
    
11. If an entrant is seen to be falsifying information or in some way not adhering to the terms and conditions then Oasis Gaming will have to disqualify the contestant. If the contestant that won has been disqualified, then the runner up will receive the prize.
    
    
12. Before entering the competition make sure to do your research about the product in terms of specs and age restrictions as Oasis Gaming will not be responsible if you have won the prize and then you don’t like it or you haven’t done your research, we will not allow any returns on prizes.
